This hotel is in a great location for my business trips. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and my room was clean! The only issue I have is the elevator makes noise and is a little disconcerting! I`ll be back for my next trip.
Clean room, delicious and hot breakfast. Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Super nice staff at front desk during check in and check out. Had a quiet time in place during certain hours and that was a plus! This La Quinta will definitely be my go to next time we are in New Braunfels area!
The staff was very nice. I was staying there for 2 nights and I have no complaints. The breakfast was delicious and the parking lot was very clean and the lawn. I traveled with my support animal so, I look around outside and pick up after him. So if your traveling with your furbabies, they are pet friendly and very clean. Thank you. We will return soon!!
I stay here every time I come to town, this time it was for my daughter's birthday! Brandon at the front desk was super awesome and helpful! He was so kind, helped me stash birthday balloons and gifts and we were always greeted with a warm welcome and smile! We appreciated this stay so much!!! Location is perfect, near all of our favorite food and shopping!
We stay at a lot of LaQuintas. I had to leave a review. The towel was a swan and the toilet papers had bows…so cute. But by far the lady that does the breakfast is amazing. She had a beautiful clean display, great selection of hot foods. I am really happy with my stay at this location.
We stayed from 5/27/25 to 5/31/25. Everyone was very friendly and bent over backwards. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. The pool was nice and open for extended hours. It is the people who work there that really made it nice. Will stay there again next time in New Braunfels.
Room was nice and clean.. ac worked . The only things was the water leak they had in ceiling. Over bed and in bathroom. Not dripping but mold looking. Caulking around tub was a job by amateur at best. The entrance was difficult to get in and out of. Traffic is terrible at the light. Can't turn left going out Traffic so bad.
This property is conveniently located just off IH-35 in New Braunfels. It is attractive and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. I liked the helpfulness of the staff in checking in, and when I asked for information about the local area. Everybody I spoke with was pleasant and professional. The only less-than-great part of the stay was that I didn't get stellar WiFi speeds in my room, which may have been due to where I sat as much as anything else. It wasn't a "problem" but it wasn't as nice as it could have been. Despite not having super-duper Internet speeds, I still rate this hotel with five stars.
